Member applications and membership fee collection for FY2026/27
Regular member applications for FY2026/27 (from August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2027)1 is now being accepted.
Membership fee: 1,500 JPY/year
Acceptance period: from June 1, 2026 to July 31, 2026.
Regular members who have paid a membership fee during this period will have voting rights at the FY2026/27 annual meeting in August.
An existing regular member who does not pay the fee during the payment period will be disqualified from regular membership and will be re-registered as an associate member. Regular members are guaranteed to attend the annual meeting online, but associated members may face restrictions based on attendance capacity. If the payment is not made within the period, you can still become a regular member by paying the fee (no reduction regardless of time), but you won’t be able to vote at the annual meeting; You have the option to be an associate member without a membership fee for FY2026/27 and then convert to a regular member of the next fiscal year (payment will be accepted from June 2027).
Membership fees will not be refunded. You can pay two or three years’ worth of membership fees in a lump sum.
1. Sign up to become a member for the first time
(If you’ve already been a member, you don’t have to register again. Skip to the “2. Membership renewal”.)
Apply your membership from “(1) Member Registration” below.
After approved by the IOTA/EA office, pay the membership fee from “(2) Payment of the membership fee (Regular member)”.

Associate members
Membership is automatically renewed.
Regular members
To maintain your regular membership status for the upcoming FY2026/27 season, make sure to pay the membership fee by July 31. 2026.
Without paying the fee, you will be re-registered as an associate member for the FY2026/27 season.
(1) Member Registration
Join us from the member registration form below.
- Your registration will be inspected by the IOTA/EA officers.
- Membership approval will be notified by e-mail within two weeks along with your membership ID number.
(2) Payment of the membership fee (Regular member)
After being approved as a regular member, pay the annual membership fee as follows. Please do not pay until your registration as a member has been confirmed by the IOTA/EA office.
If the payment is not made by July 31, 2026, you won’t be able to vote at the annual meeting.
Membership fees will not be refunded.
For members who have paid membership fees in advance for multiple years:
Please check the email from the IOTA/EA office regarding your membership fee payment status and make a payment only if necessary.
