Member applications and membership fee collection for FY2024/25

IOTA/EA member applications for FY2024/25 (from August 1, 2024 to July 31, 2025)1 are now being accepted.

Acceptance period is from June 1, 2024 to July 31, 2024.

Regular members who have paid a membership fee during this period will have voting rights at the FY2024/25 annual meeting in August.

If you’ve already been a member, you don’t have to register again. To maintain your regular membership status for the upcoming FY2024 season, make sure to pay the membership fee during the period. Without paying the fee, you will be re-registered as an associate member for the FY2024/25 season.

A regular member who doesn’t pay their fee during the period will lose their membership and be re-registered as an associate member.

(1) Member Registration

  • Your registration will be inspected by the IOTA/EA officers.
  • Membership approval will be notified by e-mail within two weeks along with your membership ID number.

(2) Payment of the membership fee (Regular member)

After being approved as a regular member, pay the annual membership fee as follows. Please do not pay until your registration as a member has been confirmed by the IOTA/EA office.

If the payment is not made within the period (until July 31, 2024), you can still become a regular member by paying the fee (no reduction regardless of time), but you won’t be able to vote at the annual meeting

Membership fees will not be refunded.
