The explanation of How to display VizieR format light curve .dat.
The “xxx.dat” files obtained from the “detailed data” column are a light curve for VizieR format.
The others such as .png, .csv etc data are also included. The most of .csv data are able to display by Limovie.
Here is shown how to display VizieR .dat data in OCCULT4.
In Occult4, there needs to be a subdirectory Occult 4\LightCurveReports.
(1) Copy .dat files into this directory

(2) Start OCCULT4 and click “Asteroid observations” on the top screen, next click “Light curve viewer”

(3) “Light Curve Viewer” will appear

How to browse lightcurves in VizieR
In the VizieR system VizieR, the catalogue is B/occ. You can get full access from there, or you can go directly to the relevant files at VizieR with:
for asteroid light curves:
Occultation lights curves (Herald+ 2016):B/occ/asteroid
for lunar occultations:
Occultation lights curves :B/occ/moon
When you go to the relevant catalog, the search form (for asteroids) looks like:

Specify a date near the top, or the asteroid number at NUM near the bottom. If I specify 4337 (a binary asteroid discovery) you get:

Click the Seq column, and you get a plot like:
