The membership fees will be used for management of the organization, operation of a WWW server, data archiving system, etc.
Membership fee: 1,500 JPY/year
Acceptance period: from June 1, 2026 to July 31, 2026.
Regular members who have paid a membership fee during this period will have voting rights at the FY2026/27 annual meeting in August.
An existing regular member who does not pay the fee during the payment period will be disqualified from regular membership and will be re-registered as an associate member.
Regular members are guaranteed to attend the annual meeting online, but associated members may face restrictions based on attendance capacity.
If the payment is not made within the period, you can still become a regular member by paying the fee (no reduction regardless of time), but you won’t be able to vote at the annual meeting; You have the option to be an
associate member without a membership fee for FY2026/27 and then convert to a regular member of the next fiscal year (payment will be accepted from June 2027).
Membership fees will not be refunded.
You can pay two or three years’ worth of membership fees in a lump sum.
The fiscal year period of IOTA/EA is from August 1 to next July 31.
