The venue is situated on the 3rd floor of CIT New Tower Building 2 in the Tsudanuma Campus of CIT. The campus is located in front of the South Exit of JR Tsudanuma Station, to which is directly accessible from Narita Int'l Airport (NRT) in an hour (970 JPY) by JR Narita Express and Tokyo Station in half an hour (470 JPY) by JR Sobu Line (Rapid).
